The London Chronicles: Day 10 (Part 3)

Previously on The London Chronicles: Getting scared shitless at The London Dungeon...

By the time we're done with London Dungeon, the line for the London Eye was finally reasonably shorter. We quickly grabbed a bite to eat, then waited in line to head up to the famous London Eye. Surprisingly it moved pretty quickly and within less than 15 minutes we were already riding the huge ferris wheel.

And of course, photog timez~!

Le tickets

Awesome angle shot here

To be honest, after the hype from Sea Life and London Dungeon, I was getting a little sleepy, so I couldn't really enjoy the scenery as we went up to the top, but still I gotta admit it, it was way cooler than seeing it up from Tower Bridge, really. And the 360 degree angle of it all was just amazing.

After the London Eye ride, since our ticket came with a free 4D showing, we might as well went and had it done. It was pretty good, basically like a long ad promoting London Eye, but the special effects were pretty good and realistic and really popping out with the 3D and all. The only beef I had about it was that you don't get to sit to watch it, and for someone who walked a kabillion miles and gets easily sore feet, it's not such a treat for me. At least the 4D showing kept my mind off my aching feet.

Surprisingly we were able to finish all three attractions in a day, and still make it for our family outing dinner, though technically we wanted to have bowling after dinner, but since the food came slow, we will just have to postpone it till tomorrow.

More to come...
